It is a teacher’s responsibility that apart from the usual day to day stuff, he or she makes sure that the students are not dealing with any sort of problems that are making them distant with others. There are always symptoms and signs of a developing emotional issue and if the problem is identified in the very start, it can be resolved without any trouble. There are several ways a teacher can make sure that all the learners in their company are emotionally well and that they are not developing or showing any signs of an emerging problem. First of all be sure to not isolate him and let him feel that there may be a problem, just you being aware is enough. He or she must not know that there may be something wrong with him and that he needs help.

He needs to know that something he did is awesome and he should feel good immediately rather than waiting for a long period to find out.
